Buenavista orchard is a piece of land you would like to own. It has a total area of 19,881 sq.m. or almost 2 hectares of green area. There is an abundant fruit bearing trees growing in the property and most of them, specially the lanzones, can already be harvested yearly. Aside from the lanzones, Dalandan trees are abundant too. Aside from the existing fruit bearing trees, there's still a lot of room for any additional crops and fruit trees in the orchard. In addition, the property is blessed to have in it a creek with clean and clear water that could be used for bathing and to irrigate the plants. However, this is in addition to the existing water line inside the orchard that comes from the municipal water district. The farm is fenced by barbed wire and bounded by the creek.The access to the orchard is a cemented provincial road right in front of the property.
