Buenavista orchard is a piece of land you would like to own. It has a total area of 19,881 sq.m. or almost 2 hectares of green area. There is an abundant fruit bearing trees growing in the property and most of them, specially the lanzones, can already be harvested yearly. Aside from the lanzones, Dalandan trees are abundant too. Aside from the existing fruit bearing trees, there's still a lot of room for any additional crops and fruit trees in the orchard. The property is a vast tract of land located on the southwest side of a barangay road within Barrio Macatbong, Cabanatuan City. The site is located approximately 2 kilometers northwest from the Provincial road in the vicinity of Malacanang Elementary School, or about 12 kilometers east from Cabanatuan City proper. The barangay road is 6 meters wide, macadam-paved and with open drains. The site is located in an area where land development is generally for agricultural purposes, but may also be suitable for the above-mentioned land use.
